Galeneo Health is a decentralized hospital that provides healthcare services outside of the hospital environment. The majority of the services we offer are conducted at the patient's home. At Galeneo Health, our aim is to provide healthcare systems with access to standardized, regulated, and real-time monitored medical procedures efficiently, in person, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

What are we looking for?

At Galeneo Health, we are seeking an individual to lead our Operations team.


What will be your tasks?

  1. Design, implement, and continuously improve processes that aid in understanding and building trust in the health of clients and patients.
  2. Operationalize the customer journey and track relevant metrics for success.
  3. Collaborate with sales, marketing, administration, and other departments to ensure an optimal customer experience.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention, proactive follow-up programs, problem resolution, education, and training.
  5. Maintain and optimize platforms and tools for service efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Supervise and lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance


Requisitos

What minimum requirements do you need to meet?

  • +6 years of solid experience in sales operations, customer success operations, preferably in the healthcare sector, home care services, or clinics.
  • Positive experience in entrepreneurship and/or in the same position in a startup is highly valued.
  • Essential team management skills at all levels.
  • Valid work permit in Spain
  • English proficiency
